
Restaurant - GREEN TABLE
Design Objectives:
This project is about designing the Vegetarian Indian Restaurant for 4 storey shophouse in Bangkok.
Concept Overviews:
Focusing on Gujarati Cuisine, the concept is based on the traditional Indian way of eating with the bare hands. The way of how we can balance our mind and body by touching the food we are going to eat. The practice of eating with one's hands, specifically our fingers, where it is believed that our bodies are in sync with the five elements of nature and each finger is an extension of one of these five elements. The design of the restaurant is based on this 5 elements of nature, which are Fire, Air, Space, Earth and Air.
